New Airframe and Canopy Design
« on: March 28, 2019, 12:49:27 AM »
Trying something new. . . .

Some of the previous canopy designs were extremely thin.
Not enough hard points for additional equipment (LED/Spotlight/Thermal/Additional FPV Camera)
Didn't allow for a gimbals
Limited Battery Configuration sizes
Better GPS location

I rebuilt a canopy design that would have a much stronger bottom section, slot for gimbal, high GPS mount, 1 or 2 battery configuration. In the process of printing  . . . will update

I'd be very interested in that!
I bought the other version, and it's totally hopeless to print.

getting there ... plan to use a matek 722se, inav, with 2 cameras ( forward facing and one gimbal)... not sure if want to go with a runcam split/housing or just a runcam3/gopro
