Hello Rick,
Welcome to the forum. I see that your project is very advanced, congratulations!
Please check the following link for the electronics. If there is something that you need to clarify, do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help. By the way, what is your origin language?

Privet Freimor,
I see that the 14.8 voltage of your battery and the amount of 4 cells is the same. However, the 10000mAh may be a way higher for the size of the ESC and motors (unless there is a better opinion here in this forum, anyone?) . I see that your motors are lower (475 KV ) and the recommended ones are 600KV, and those KV are directly to thrust and weight of the Inspire. Consider also the dimensions of the battery should be length 138mm and 43 mm by 45 mm.
You may be able to find the required electronics in Hobby king and eBay. I found it in those places.
Do Svedaniya,
Victor

Freimor,
I see those items are closer to the specifications given by Steve. Make sure that the battery fits well inside the crate of the Inspire.

I can not get the equipment to communicate with Arduino. The servo moves, but does not respond to the remote.

Freimor,
Check all the connections related to the nano arduino card, servo motor and receiver. Make sure that the arduino coding is downloaded in your nano card. To move the arms use a three steps stick or a turn on knob of your remote control. Connect two wires in the channel of your receiver that corresponds to the stick or the turn on knob, and the other extremes of those wires to the pin 5 and the ground of the nano card. If you prefer use the turn on knob of your receiver instead of the three steps stick ( for me the knob works better to make the servo to lift the arms up and down)
If you have more questions pleas let us know.

I broke the axis of topology, but even with this problem he flew)) At the end, the fixings for the carbon pipes broke, they are too weak. I will try to make them out of metal.

Bro,
It's OK. NASA exploded due to errors very expensive spacecraft with people inside. Now, you surely know what went wrong with your inspire and also know what steps to take in order to make it correctly. Try to fly it with the legs down and move them up when is on the air. See my first flight video:
