I decided to give it a go and design a arm link and lock sort of like the real inspire.
Printing them up right now. This will move the arm linkage towards the center of the lifting arm.

Will do. The first piece worked out nice but I forgot to recess the nut pocket. This new design will allow you to just tighten bolt and the nut will stay put with no need for wrench or pliers.

quick question please how you setting up on the radio. via channels assignments. also what mode if you have multi. say airplane, heli ect. and channel mixing

Airplane mode on the radio, Flight Controller is setup for the multi-rotor. Normal channel setup Aileron, Elevator, Throttle, Rudder and Gear. Gain can be setup on any aux channel.

Here are my Linkage and lock for outer arms.
The lock uses 2x25mm M3 nut and bolt.
The linkage arm uses 2x35mm M3 nut and bolt.
NOTE!!!!!
This has been fit but not yet used in flight.
