nice job but i was wondering how you patched the holes so the top part is smooth without holes, like in the third pic. It's so "ugly" with the screws. I can't figure it out in the Fusion 360.

Just wood screws. You don't need any holes.

yes this is not what i am saying. The original stl file for the top front part has holes for the screws to pass through. I want to remove them like you did(check the 3rd picture you posted) so i have a clean and uniform surface. Check the photo below.

Ah ok! :D I posted the STL file before. The same post with the picture of the CAD file. It's directly above it. I can give you the original files too if you like.

yes i would like the iges or step file(the one with the patched holes if possible) cause i want to modify it for my needs and the stl is a pain in the ass to modify.

AutoCAD files are .dwg files. Is this ok for you? I don't know if I can export them to .iges or .step.

Here this are the files. The original ones are from someone in this blog. I don't know who any more :D.
I hope you can work with them. I had some problems converting them into a volume/solid and designed my part totally new.

Ok then it didn't work. I think you have to work on your own design if you want to change things.
I had the samen problems with changing those files. Sorry ;)
