Mavic 3d print by Guesch
« on: November 15, 2020, 08:57:49 PM »
Good morning all !
Let me introduce myself, Romain, assiduous amateur of modeling and mechanics, passionate about free flight (I practice paragliding), self-taught.
I followed different construction and analyzed the problems encountered, I recovered the construction files, I redesigned the Mavic in Solidworks by making my modifications for my needs and improved some parts for the rigidity.
My mavic made its first flight of adjustments (the tests are conclusive). I still have to tweak the PID settings. The gimbal stabilizes very well.
I use the INAV 2.5 software for the configuration.

the material I used:
-FC Matek F722-STD
-PDB Eachine x220s (esc 4in1 30A)
-Vtx Matek VTX-HV 5.8g
-Gps Matek M8q-5883 (with Compass)
-RUNCAM Split4 Camera
-Vrx Eachine ROTG2 + smartphone
-KYPOM 3S 2500mAh battery
-HMBGC 2axis gimbal card + BGM2204 motor
- 2008 DJI Mavic Pro engine
-Dji mavic folding propeller 8030
- Lolipop3 antenna
- FLYSKY FS-I6s radio control
- IA8b receiver

here are some photos, screenshots.
