There's a thread for your fc on rcgroups, https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?2801694-Omnibus-f4-pro&perpage=100 it should answer any questions you have. It's suggested in that thread to watch the above video.
I started reading the thread so i can help you but I don't have one of those boards and before my own f4 board I have only used plug and play stuff so I'm worried learning your board will confuse me when I start trying to learn about my f4 board.
They are all simular and I think it's just a case of getting wires on pads then you configure what's wired to what and how to interact with it through your software. I can help with general stuff but specific details on certain fcs I'm a bit hazy about.

This is the FC that I have

I do not understand too much about this, so I need help.

You can check this page and see what version is your F4
https://www.dronetrest.com/t/how-to-identify-what-omnibus-f4-board-you-have/4735

I bought a similar with yours, if its exactly as the schema shows, and is F4 V3 not a Pro.

Hello,

I finished printing and tried to fit parts. He's got a little bit of finishing, but he's OK.
I was planning these engines to fit.

Where should I put this part from last picture?

Hi, can you help me.
What is the diameter of the central hole for the motor shaft..........

Hello! 3mm

Thanks for your reply.
PWM5 and PWM6 I would use Servo_Gimbal

Can it connect this way and where to connect the sonar?

Hi, depends on what GPS you will use.
I bought a round one and used only the PCB which happens to be rectangular.
The stl file is attached for you to check it.

whats the dimension for the internal rectangular?

thanks
