You can adjust the size, but I think it will be too heavy

You're absolutely right. The warmer the motors gets, the harder they are stuck with a little bit of shrimping tubes...

Hi John
The rear arms comes complete with locking mechanism, but front arms don´t.
The front arm locking mechanism are called "front axis". About 5€ each
Search for:"DJI Mavic Pro Front Axis For Front Motor Arm Replacement Repair Spare Part"
I used M2 8mm "Socket Head Cap Screw Self Tapping Screws Grade 8 Black Oxide" 100 pcs 3.50€
Some of them u have to cut to get the right length...
If u want to use original battery u must also have: Power Board Interface Spare Repaire Parts For DJI Mavic Pro Drone. About 15€

Nice...
Planning to use F3 FC, and about the same hardware as in my first Mavic clone.
Made the holes for the sonar bigger.

Hi AndruL!
U rule!!! :D
I'm in the middle of the same project.
I really like the DJI Mavic…
But not DJI's spare parts policy…
It is surprisingly good space on the inside of the body.
Incredibly lightweight.
I have created an adapter plate for standard flight controller(30.5x30.5), usb and sonar.

It's strange that it's going to be so hard to get small motors for a little gimbal...
I would like them to be smaller than 2204 size.

Nice, ronson!
I think it's a good start ...
Have you decided which motor to choose on your gimbal?

FullHD to start with is ok.
I think I have to draw something from scratch...

You're right, without a camera.
I'm trying to find a high resolution camera with extension cable for the lens.
So that only the lens sits on the gimbal.
